Dear All,

Please take note of the following information:

JUNE 2ND IS THE NEW DATE FOR PENNSYLVANIA’S PRIMARY

These are unprecedented times, and we hope you and your families are staying safe. We are writing with IMPORTANT news about recent changes to the primary election-related to COVID-19. In order to protect the health and safety of all voters, poll workers, and election officials while ensuring access to voting, the PA primary election has been rescheduled to TUESDAY, JUNE 2. Also, new mail-in ballot options [1] are available to ALL Pennsylvania voters. You can also sign up to become a permanent mail-in or absentee ballot voter when you apply. Please also consider sharing this email with your friends, neighbors, and co-workers to help spread the word!

VOTE FROM THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF YOUR OWN HOME

ALL PENNSYLVANIA VOTERS NOW HAVE THE OPTION TO VOTE BY MAIL [2] or absentee ballot without having to provide an excuse – for any reason or no reason at all. You can apply for mail-in ballots online [2], by mail, or in person, until one week before the election. For help or to be mailed an application directly, please call 1-877-VOTESPA.

For the 2020 primary, mail-in ballot applications [2] and absentee ballot applications must be received by your county election office by 5 p.m. TUESDAY, MAY 26. Applying online is very easy, quick, and secure, and if you enter your email address, you will receive notifications as to the status of your application and ballot along the way. Once you receive your mail-in or absentee ballot, you have until 8 pm on Election Day, June 2, to deliver your completed ballot to your county election office. If you are mailing it back, do that as early as you can to ensure it is delivered by that time.

VOTERS WHO HAVE ALREADY REQUESTED A MAIL-IN OR ABSENTEE BALLOT WILL RECEIVE THEIR BALLOT FOR THE RESCHEDULED PRIMARY. THERE IS NO NEED TO APPLY AGAIN IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE SO AND IF YOUR ADDRESS REMAINS THE SAME. IF YOUR ADDRESS HAS CHANGED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR COUNTY ELECTION OFFICE [3] TO PROVIDE YOUR UPDATED ADDRESS.
