Pastor Shelley Surber

Born in Fort Dix, NJ, Pastor Shelley is the daughter of Dale and Nadine Host and has a sister Kim and a brother Dale. She joined the U.S. Navy after high school and served in that capacity for almost seven years. As an adult, Pastor Shelley went to college and graduated from Cedar Crest College in 2004 with a BS in nutrition.

She was ordained through Calvary Temple’s Logos Bible Academy in 2013. Pastor Shelley began teaching the primary Sunday School class at Calvary Temple in 2007 and has been an active part of the prayer ministry since 2009. Pastor Shelley is Calvary Temple’s Administrative Pastor.

What Pastor Shelley loves about God is his Father’s heart. God knows His children. He knows how to love them, teach them, lead them and get the best from those of his children who are willing to trust and obey Him. She is believing for a major move of God in these “last days,” that the gifts of the Spirit will be operating in greater measure to edify and build up the church and be a sign to the lost.

She is also the proud mother of Briana who is a graduate of Kutztown University and has become a world traveler.
