This ministry is charged with maintaining the spiritual life of Calvary Temple through prayer and prayer service. We seek to serve our Lord by being available to pray with or for people who need our prayers. This encompasses altar prayer, congregational prayer, telephone prayer, the circulated Prayer List, private personal prayer, and any other prayer that Calvary Temple is involved with. Altar Workers. This ministry is responsible for praying for the people who respond to altar openings. When Pastor opens the altar the Altar Workers assemble and match up to pray for the people who come to the altar. This ministry requires church membership in Calvary Temple and training in altar work.

Individual Prayer. Our altars are open before services for you to pray individually and privately. The altar is open 15 minutes before Sunday Service in our large sanctuary and on Wednesday, before service in the chapel. Feel free to join us during this time for quiet prayer for Calvary Temple and its ministries, or whatever else God puts on your heart.
